Payment Plans
Lead Purchases and Availability
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments in full and on time.
By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize The Waymakers to charge your selected payment method for each scheduled installment according to the terms presented at checkout.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend or revoke access to some or all services, materials, bonuses, group access, coaching access, or related benefits until the account is brought current, require updated payment information, and pursue any remaining balance owed.
Choosing a payment plan does not reduce your obligation to pay the full agreed purchase price.
Lead pricing is variable and determined at our discretion based on factors such as advertising costs, operational costs, fulfillment, tracking, administration, campaign performance, and related business considerations. Lead pricing is not fixed and may change at any time. Lead volume, timing, and availability are not guaranteed.
Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final unless a specific refund policy, guarantee policy, or written exception is expressly stated on the applicable offer page or in a separate written agreement.
If a specific written refund policy or guarantee applies to your purchase, that policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group, community, call, or communication channel at our discretion if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or otherwise harmful to the Company or other participants.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.
